What we evaluate

Build quality and materials: wood species, wall thickness, hardware quality, and finish. Capacity accuracy: whether the stated capacity reflects realistic, comfortable seating rather than a theoretical maximum. Heater quality and sizing: whether the included or compatible heater is properly sized for the sauna’s interior volume. Included specifications: how completely and accurately a listing documents dimensions, materials, electrical requirements, and what’s included versus excluded. Warranty: length and real coverage terms for both the structure and the heater. Value: price relative to genuinely comparable specifications, not price alone. Installation complexity: realistic foundation, electrical, and assembly requirements. Customer experience: real, verifiable reviews and documented delivery/support experiences, when available.
