Shipping & Delivery

Barrel saunas are large, heavy items that typically ship via freight rather than standard parcel carriers. The sections below explain what to expect — the specific carrier, cost, and lead times for this store still need to be added.

What to expect from freight delivery

Freight shipments are usually curbside: the driver unloads the crate to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible point, and getting it from there to its final position is the customer’s responsibility unless white-glove delivery is purchased. Someone typically needs to be present to sign for and inspect the delivery.

Before delivery day

Confirm truck/trailer access to your property, clear a path to the installation site, and have your foundation or pad ready if your model requires one.

On delivery day

Inspect the crate or packaging for visible damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it immediately — this protects your ability to file a freight claim.
